Need a glowing skin? These 11 tips might help

Do you really want a fabulous skin that is healthy, glowing, vibrant, and of course looks younger? Then you need to make some very healthy foods outlined here part of your daily consumption.
 1. Goat Milk: The lactic acid in goat milk is a natural exfoliant and a great source of vitamins A and E. Goat milk also has Caprylic acid which creates a lower pH in the skin, protecting it from bacteria and infection.

 2. Nuts: Nuts are a great source of vitamin E. This antioxidant protects skin from sun damage and helps skin hold in moisture. 3. Beans. Another protein source, legumes help repair cells that have suffered free radical damage. During digestion, protein breaks down into amino acids, the building blocks of cells. Amino acids help to speed the repair and regeneration of skin cells and collagen. 4. Tomatoes. A German study found that lycopene-rich tomato paste helped participants prevent sunburn when they combined it with olive oil, daily for ten weeks. Besides being a great source of the antioxidant lycopene, tomatoes are considered a high-carotenoid fruit. These nutrients may help slow down cellular damage from free radicals. 5. Carrots and Apples: These are a common source of vitamin A and high level antioxidant which keeps your skin fresh, moisturized and young! 6. Oatmeal: The list of skin benefits from oatmeal is very long! Oatmeal helps fight itch, keeps moisture in, and protects the skin from outside elements. It also has antifungal and antibacterial qualities. 7. Citrus: Citrus fruits give your skin a significant amount of vitamin C, which helps produce collagen. This is a very important protein that maintains the structure of your skin. 8. Eggs: Both components of eggs are important for skin care. Egg yolks help your skin repair itself and are a great source of biotin, which contributes to healthy skin and nails. The white has 40 different proteins and water. 9. Seafood: To reduce dryness and inflammation, count on Omega-3. This agent is found in seafood and if you aren’t getting enough of it, you may experience eczema and psoriasis. Shrimps, etc 10. My Strong will for excellence and family support made me achieve Academic Excellence - Dr Olawunmi Ogunmola

I am starting a series, and this series is me interviewing some people doing great in key areas, I decided to kick start the episode with someone I share a history with because I saw firsthand how she excelled while we were in secondary school, the reason why I am doing this is simple, to help people trace certain things backward and to help them see how some things are predictive. Wunmi and I went to the same secondary school and I can tell you without a doubt, she was very studious, she was a bookworm,, but II also know many bookworms that were not geniuses, so I decided to ask her how she did it. some people say, Hard work ,  Luck, Heredity , and Prayers, I say, let's hear from the horse's mouth. She was the best-graduating Chemical Engineering student in the year 2008/2009 from Obafemi Awolowo University with a CGPA of 4.88 Check out our Conversation Below   Me; Hi Olawunmi, long time, how have you been? Dr. Olawunmi: I am doing great, indeed, it's been a long time,
