A source close to the 35-year-old diva told People that Beyoncé is back in the gym and going back to her normal routine. “She is slowly starting to get back to her ‘normal’ life. Her babies are now six weeks old, and she started working out again,” the insider said. This past week, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have reportedly attended several classes at SoulCycle and are “motivating each other to stay in shape,” according to the source.

The Bill seeking to reduce the age qualifications for interested candidates to contest for the positions of President, governor and senate in the country to 30 years yesterday passed second reading in the House of Representatives. The bill, which also makes provision for independent candidacy into the country’s electoral process, further reduces the age qualifications to contest for the House of Representatives and State Houses of Assembly to 25 years.

Telecom Satellite TV (TSTV) has partnered with a Europe-based television station, ABS Global, to launch into the Nigerian Broadcasting Service a Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite TV. The newly launched pay TV satellite would cover all sub-Saharan African countries and would provide over 100 TV channels to their audience.Managing Director of TSTV, Bright Echefu during the signing of the multi-transponder agreement with their ABS partner disclosed that their services would offer viewers the experience of HD and SD video, internet services, broadband, TV and radio at a very affordable rate. He said TSTV would be distributed on ABS-3A satellite located at the prime video neighborhood of 3°W and the antenna would be straight to the sky such that there would be no interference.
