Two British men have reportedly drowned while on holiday in Malta. One of the victims is believed to be a 35-year-old dentist from Small Heath in Birmingham, reports the Birmingham Mail A second man aged 35 also died in the tragedy, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirmed. A third man survived after being rescued by passers-by. Maltese media said police sources confirmed a friend who was with them, also British, is being held for observation at the Gozo General Hospital suffering from shock.
