My dear beautiful Zamundans..😀 Being alive to see another year in my life was enough reason to be thankful and I didn't think I needed anything else. However yesterday you all went out of your way to make my day extra special...
From amazing phone calls, thoughtful gifts, heartfelt messages etc, I was left shocked, humbled and grateful for the attention you all showed me..
At several points in the day I was overwhelmed with the outpouring of love. So I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, for giving me a very memorable day, I will remember how fantastic it felt for a very long time... Bad News Discouraged Me From Blogging

 I abandoned my blog for so many years, I started my blog in 2013 and I stopped blogging in 2018. I started calling myself a failed blogger because after blogging for so many years, I didn't get the anticipated traffic, so I abandoned it for more interesting things, well, so I thought, unknown to me, once a writer, always a writer, II have been writing on some of my social media platforms and I noticed the traffic is not exactly how I expect it to be, I started questioning myself, am I that bad? why am I not getting the level of interest that I envisaged from people, then it dawned on me. I... get it now.... I am called out to write for the purpose of uplifting, which means my stories and posts are all about good news and uplifting stories, this is not what most people like to hear, what they like is something catchy with an undertone of bad news, it's not their fault, the brain is wired to zoom in on the negatives.
