Femi Falana reveals how he took the news of Falz abandoning Law for Music

Falzdbahdguy as he is popularly called is a trained lawyer,who has found passion in music, He is a son to the foremost SAN  Femi Falana.
is father, Femi Falana, SAN, who  revealed that he has allowed his children choose their path of desired career rather than have a set occupation imposed on them.
his father explained that he was surprised when ‘Falz’ approached him with the news that he was tired of practising the legal profession, he however revealed that his mother had a hard time supporting the idea.
According to Leadership, Femi Falana was quoted;  “Don’t force any course on your children; don’t insist that they must be doctors or lawyers. My son Folarin, who was working in our chambers, came to inform me one day that he wanted to leave. I said I could find him a place in one of my friends’ chambers. But he said no, ‘I’m going to be a musician’.
When I asked why, he convinced me but he couldn’t convince his mother because she’s also a lawyer. Today, he’s doing well as a musician and not as a lawyer. So let’s debate with our children to know what they want to do.”
