A tight and sexually satisfying vagina could be achieved by ladies engaging in Kegel exercises. This exercise is usually associated with new moms who wish to tone up loose vaginal muscles after childbirth, or with women with specific medical conditions, such urinary incontinence or a uterus prolapse.
However, Kegel exercises are now being considered a great idea for all women, and usually recommended by many experts as part of their daily routine. These exercises are very easy to perform, anywhere at any time, and could be done by all women to help tone their pelvic muscle and get better and more satisfying sexual experience.
How to do the Kegel exercises:
v Squeeze the same muscles you would use to stop your urine. Your belly and rear end (buttocks) should not move.
v Hold the squeeze for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds.
v Repeat the exercise 10 to 15 times a session. Do three or more sessions a day.
v For best results, more than three sets of Kegel exercises should be done every day
