El-Rufai holds Security Council meeting in Southern Kaduna, says cycle of killings unjustifiable, senseless In a bid to address the recent killings in Southern Kaduna, Governor Nasir El-Rufai on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the State Security Council in Kafanchan, headquarters of Jema’a local government area. The meeting followed an assessment tour of the affected locations in Jema’a and Sanga councils.
