Pregnant Kim Kardashian wore a gray dress with a green trench coat while out in L.A. on July 16.

Pregnant Kim Kardashian, who's expecting a baby boy with husband Kanye West, did a little shopping at Los Angeles' Fred Segal store on Thursday, July 16, and she dared to bare in a cleavage-baring gray dress that put her baby bump on full display.
