For the ladies:How To Do Breast Self Exam

It is very important that every woman regularly examine her breasts in order to quickly detect any changes. 1. Stand in front of the mirror with your arms on the side, behind the head, and on the waist - check for any differences in appearance, size, or dimpling of the skin. 2. Use the flat side of 2 - 3 fingers to feel each breast in a clock-wise motion, both while standing up, and while lying down. If you feel any seed-like sensation, especially if painful and hard - consult your gynecologist (or family Doctor). 3. You can also do the hand examination of the breast in the shower, it may make it easier to feel.
